How do I start renting space?

There are three easy steps to claiming your Bingo Storage space:

    • Make a reservation. You can do this online or, if you prefer, by calling 304-216-5144.
    • Schedule your move.
    • Move in! Complete your rental paperwork, move your stuff in and lock it up.

It’s highly recommended, but you can swing by unannounced and start storing without a reservation. However, we cannot guarantee you first choice room will be available in that case. Reservations also speed up the move-in process, so we strongly suggest calling ahead or reserving online.

To rent your space, you’ll need to bring:

    • Two forms of ID, one with a picture (typically a driver’s license or other photo ID) and a credit card.
    • Your first month’s payment, along with a security deposit, the amount of which is based on your credit history.
    • A lock to secure your room. (If you don’t have one, you can buy one from us at the facility).

Yes! All of our rentals are month-to-month.

What are your rooms like?

All of our spaces measure 10’ x 10’ x 9’.

All of our storage rooms are fully heated and air-conditioned.

You are responsible for the items you store with us, and insurance is recommended. If you have homeowner’s or renter’s insurance, you may already be covered. Check your policy to be sure.

How do I move in?

No, sorry, we do not currently rent U-Haul moving trucks or trailers on-site.

You provide your own lock. We do not have a key to your room; you keep the key and are the only one with access to your space.

Swing by anytime during open hours and use your electronic password to access the building; no sign-in or ID check required. Carts and dollies are always available to make it easier to move things in and out of your room.

Please contact us and we will assist you with getting a new password.

How do I pay for my storage?

We sure do. In fact, most of our guests use our EasyPay service for convenience. If you choose this method, we’ll automatically deduct your monthly charges from a credit card, debit card or bank account. No bills, no checks to mail and no late fees! We’ll even give you a $10 rent credit if you sign up for EasyPay using your bank account.

Absolutely. Once you’ve logged on to our website, you can pay bills, view your account history and update your account information automatically.

We bill monthly, and all payments are due on the 1st of the month. However, we provide a 10-day grace period before charging a late fee of $20 on the 11th of the month. To avoid the possibility of late fees, we recommend signing up for automatic payments with EasyPay.

Anything else I need to know?

Though we hate to see anyone go, we make the move-out process as simple as possible. Just let us know you’re leaving and empty your room, and we’ll close out your account that day. As a courtesy, we ask that you give us at least 21 days notice before your intended move-out date.

Bingo Storage reserves the right to deny expired discount and promotional offers published by third parties at any time at Bingo Storage’s sole discretion.
